The Happy Nation metaverse will be governed as a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). DAOs are transparent social organizations in which every community member has a say in decision making. The ground rules are established in smart contracts and rules cannot be changed unless the DAO community votes upon them. This way our metaverse will have a decentralized governance system being 70% governed by its citizens and 30% governed by Happy Nation. This decentralized structure facilitates our DAO voting system, empowering citizens to influence the direction and development of our shared metaverse. Users can purchase these voting rights via their Happy Nation Coins or NFTs. We will work with our legal partner to structure the token launch and DAO governance.
