Around the world, various academic disciplines research the topic of happiness. Whether it’s in the field of sports, health, nutrition, psychology or sociology, most findings aren’t rocket science. We intuitively know that physical exercise, a clear mind, a healthy diet, a meaningful job, and a socially connected life, among other things, are major contributors to our happiness and wellbeing. However, some of us lack accountability and motivation. Sometimes we simply forget to value our happiness and it is difficult to change our habitual patterns. Unfortunately, our education prepares us mostly for the working world, we never formally learned how to live a sustainably happy life. How would it feel if we take care of all the areas in our lives and feel great?
